Hello, my name is Gerald Hahn, and I began working in cybersecurity early on – long before it hit the headlines.
My management experience includes positions at such global sector heavyweights as Cisco IronPort, EinsteiNet, F-Secure and cybersecurity provider AVG, where I was a member of senior management. I have also founded and built up my own
companies and subsidiaries, among them Genie9 GmbH, EXO5 GmbH, LaVita GmbH and GTH NetTrading B.V. (NL). Softshell AG grew into a rapidly expanding value-adding specialty distributor for cybersecurity vendors seeking to expand their business in DACH. When I had the honor of being named Chairman of the Board there, I concentrated on creating an innovative new approach for global cybersecurity companies to successfully enter the DACH market.
I co-founded AEGYS DATALYTICS, a "Next Gen" data-driven cybersecurity company. As a Co-Founder, I continue to leverage my extensive experience to redefine how businesses use big data and cybersecurity to drive economic gains and strategic insights.
