George Tymas, CPA brings more than 20 years of financial, business, entrepreneurial and operational experiences to Moai, most of which have been spent in accounting, and tax planning and administration. George has been assisting Moai technologies in variety of areas in finance and for over past ten years. Most recently, he was group controller of
finance and administration at Medebiz, corporation.
He held a variety of executive management roles (as manager of audit and accounting group etc.) both with Medebiz and his prior companies. He has a deep and diversified experience including building the financial infrastructure, raising equity, securing debt financing and leading the extensive Mergers & Acquisition activities. In addition, he played an important role in the integration of the acquisitions, administering certain business units of the operations and leading the development of a several new lines of business.
Prior to Medebiz, George had his own accounting, tax and auditing practice serving variety of small and medium sized businesses all throughout western Pennsylvania. He has served on various boards, including many other civic and professional organizations. George holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Accounting from Duquesne University and his CPA license from state of Pennsylvania
