Since co-founding Mindgate in 2008, George has guided the company’s expansion from an emerging player to a global payments partner, supporting billions of monthly transactions and extending its presence across India, UAE, ASEAN, Europe, UK, and the US. A significant part of his leadership has been in shaping investment strategy to support growth. He has played a central role in bringing in strategic investors whose vision aligns with Mindgate’s long-term objectives—first through ACI Worldwide, which enabled deeper access to global markets and technology expertise, and more recently through PayU, the payments and fintech arm of Prosus - providing scale, market reach, and capital strength to accelerate expansion. These milestones have not only reinforced confidence in Mindgate’s business model but have also ensured that growth is sustainable and strategically aligned.
