Paz was the Chairman of the Board of Express Scripts, a pharmacy benefit management company, since May 2006, Chief Executive Officer since April 2005, and President from October 2003 to February 2014. He has served as director of Express Scripts since January 2004. Mr. Paz joined Express Scripts as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
