George previously served as Chief Executive Officer of PNC Capital Markets, Inc., the investment-banking arm of PNC Bank Corp., a $75 billion financial services company based in Pittsburgh, PA. His responsibilities included all enterprise-wide management functions of capital markets and investment banking products, finance and treasury functions,
securities operations, risk management and compliance.
Additionally, George has led corporate finance advisory engagements addressing shareholder value maximization strategies that address corporate acquisitions, divestitures, and recapitalizations. George brings a wealth of experience in transaction leadership, corporate finance, and executive management. Under his leadership, George advised clients in over 600 private and public market transactions totaling approximately $125 billion. Mr. Lula co-founded Grove Capital and previously served as Vice President of Goldman Sachs and Senior Vice President at Mellon Bank earlier in his career.
