Since 2010 Georg Kopetz has represented the AAIG (Austrian Aeronautics Industries Group) in the Supply Chain Commission of the Aerospace and Defense Industries Association of Europe (ASD) in Brussels. He is also a member of Cisco’s Internet of Things steering committee. In Georg Kopetz together with co-founder Stefan Poledna jointly received the award for ""Austrian of the Year” in the category “Entrepreneurship” by the quality newspaper “DiePresse”"
