Gene’s role combines running the Global Solutions Centre, and managing services and support for customers throughout APAC and the Middle East. His team delivers capabilities for reports, dashboards, analytics, and data integration, and provides support.
Gene’s 10+ years in the telecoms industry span consultancy, application development and
testing, and support. His career took him from a Malaysian bank to billing with LHS Systems (now Ericsson).
At Intec Systems (now CSG International) he worked with convergent mediation solutions and had consultancy, project management and people management responsibilities.
Before joining Actix he held a software development management role for IBM’s Tivoli Netcool OMNIbus setup, supporting customers globally.
