Gavin Tan is a founding director and CEO of the CellResearch Corporation Group of Companies. With an active interest in the life sciences sector, Gavin recognised the growth potential of the industry when in 2002, he invested and co-founded CellResearch Corporation. Gavin has been instrumental in charting the strategy and growth of CellResearch
Corporation and its subsidiaries.
Gavin has over 22 years of experience in Asian financial markets. For seven years prior to assuming his current role at CellResearch Corporation, Gavin was Head of Institutional Sales at NomuraSecurities Singapore Pte Ltd where he was responsible for directing and developing the firm’s institutional equity business in Singapore and Malaysia. Mr Tan has extensive experience in developing and marketing equities products as well as growing an international business.
Gavin holds executive directorships and non-executive directorships in several companies including Aglaia Investment Management Pte Ltd, an Asian based diversified asset management company and multi-family office.
