In his role as Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Gary Taggart leads all direct and channel sales efforts as well as Centrify's professional services team. Taggart brings over 25 years of senior-level sales experience and a proven record of increasing sales revenue and growing channel contribution to Centrify. Most recently he was Senior Vice
President of Worldwide Sales at GuardianEdge, a leader in end-point data protection solutions. At GuardianEdge, Taggart increased bookings by 50%, met or exceeded each quarterly financial goal, and revitalized their partner program. Prior to GuardianEdge, which was acquired by Symantec in June of 2010, he was Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Support for Reconnex Corp, a leading manufacturer of data loss prevention solutions that was acquired by McAfee. Taggart was also Vice President of Worldwide Sales at security vendors CyberGuard and Secure Computing. He holds both a BA and MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
