Gary has day-to-day responsibility for service delivery, working closely with the Operations Manager and CRMs to ensure that client requirements and expectations are clearly understood and that the service provided is fully aligned to their objectives.
Having worked in the insurance claims industry since 1987 Gary has a wealth of experience that
covers motor, travel, household, personal injury, ULR and credit hire. He has worked for several leading Insurers including Aviva, HSBC Insurance, Budget Insurance and Quinn Direct. He has also worked for a leading provider of legal expense insurance and has a detailed knowledge of claimant processes. Gary joined Validus in 2008 and since then has held a number of key positions within the business, which has enabled him to develop a solid understanding of processes and performance expectations.
When not working Gary has an active family life and lists his pastimes as growing vegetables and cycling, although he admits to a competitive streak which is at its most prominent on the squash court. Gary is married with four children.
