As Chief Customer Officer for Blueprint, Gary is responsible for the optimal customer experience from initial implementation of our software through to ongoing support of our fully deployed clients.
Prior to joining Blueprint, Gary served as Director of Technical Solutions at Varicent Software and transitioned to World Wide Technical Solutions
Practice Leader, SPM following Varicent’s acquisition by IBM. Before joining Varicent, Gary held senior delivery positions with Iconixx, EDS, and Systemhouse. He has relied on his customer-first approach to deliver mission critical enterprise solutions for clients such as Guardian, Travelers, Grainger, Nationwide, Sprint, and Farmers.
Gary is a graduate of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
