Gary Hart began his career with Infinisource in 1991 as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Seminars. With a reputation as a talented speaker, Gary soon became a nationally recognized knowledgeable authority on COBRA compliance. He has conducted hundreds of seminars and guest speaking engagements and authored benefits articles for several
national publications.
Under Gary’s strategic vision, Infinisource seminars immediately grew from an average of 50 to 60 seminars per year to over 200. The client base also grew from approximately 300 to well over 15,000. By June 2000, Gary was named President and CEO.
Since that time, Gary has been the guiding force in several bold changes at Infinisource to achieve business goals. Originally known as COBRA Compliance Systems, He spearheaded the corporate name change to Infinisource to reflect the growing list of services. In August 2011, Accel-KKR acquired Infinisource. He continued as the President of Infinisource whose services now include human capital management, payroll, benefits administration, time and attendance and compliance.
In December 2012, Infinisource acquired Qqest, the company behind popular time-and-attendance software, TimeForce®. The acquisition establishes the company as the largest provider of human capital management solutions designed for small to medium-size employers.
Gary received his BS from MacMurray College in 1974, majoring in Political Science and Pre-law.
