Gary began his career at an IT supply & maintenance company servicing major companies such as Reuters & Smiths Industries, before eventually moving to British Gas. In 2003 he had a major impact on the carbon reductions of Housing Associations such as Guinness Trust and Midland Heart as well as local authorities such as Hounslow, Ealing,
Watford and Slough. Whilst working in the energy efficiency sector Gary met Bipin Jha who founded Work Work Ltd (2007). In 2013 Gary joined Work Work Ltd as Business Development Manager and in 2017 Gary was made Operations Director.
