Gary Oliver has over 35 years’ experience in senior management positions in sales/marketing and general management in the communications industry. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Oliver was President and Chief Operating Officer of Rogers Network Services Inc., where he oversaw the construction and maintenance of one of the largest fibre optic networks
in Canada. From 2000 to 2002, he was Executive Vice President of AT&T Canada and Metronet Communications. From 2001 to 2002, Mr. Oliver was President and Chief Operating Officer of Novus Telecom Group Inc. Mr. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor.
