Fred worked
independently as an information systems consultant, where he was involved in the development of application software for a variety of industries including retail and wholesale distribution, manufacturing and banking. As the Senior Business Systems Analyst with Bay State Health Care, he led the development of a customized claims processing system.
As an MIS consultant with Arthur Andersen & Company, he was project lead in the development of an automated provisioning system for Bath Iron Works in Bath, Maine. Fred holds MS/MBA and BS degrees from Boston University.
