Fred started his career in
McKinsey & Company’s Greater China offices participating in a broad range of engagements, including China market entry studies for MNCs, due diligence and strategy work for private equity firms, as well as a 30-year Energy and Environmental Policy & Program for the Taiwan government.
Fred also was an entrepreneur at VC-backed companies serving as the CEO of a data encryption software company and the COO of a Chinese fabless semiconductor design firm where he negotiated cross-border IP licenses.
