Fred Schwark is the Chief Growth Officer of Coderio, where he leads the company's strategic growth initiatives, driving revenue acceleration through enterprise client relationships, high-impact partnerships, and tight alignment between sales, marketing, and client success.
Earlier in his career, he served as a Managing Consultant in Strategy
and Transformation at IBM, and as Executive Vice President and Regional CFO at CRH. Before his corporate career, Fred served as a Captain in the United States Army.
Fred holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from West Point, a Master of Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
