Fraser joined the Foundation in 2017 as CFO. He serves on the Senior Management Team and Investment Committee, and works closely with the Audit & Risk Committee to deliver effective planning, control and reporting of the Foundation’s activities.
Fraser joined the Foundation from Royal Dutch Shell, where he performed wide-ranging finance roles
over a 12 year period, most recently as Finance Manager of the Customer Operations division. Prior to his Shell career, Fraser was a mid-market mergers and acquisitions adviser with Ernst & Young.
Fraser has a degree in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA), having qualified with PwC in 1998.
