Frans is a senior partner in our Amsterdam office. He is the global leader of BCG’s Client Team, which supports client-service teams around the world in key activities such as prioritization, investment, pricing, and planning. Frans is also a member of our Financial Institutions and Insurance practices.
Since joining BCG in 1991, Frans has
worked in many industries and multiple countries. Over that time, he has specialized in working for banks and insurance companies, developing growth strategies and value-management programs, as well as numerous profit-improvement programs, reorganization projects, and complete transformations. From 2005 to 2008 he was responsible for BCG's Central European and Eastern European offices.
Frans holds a BBA from the European University (Belgium and Switzerland) and an MBA from INSEAD. He is a reservist in the Royal Dutch Marine Corps. Before BCG, he worked for Staal Bankiers, a specialized private bank in The Netherlands.
