In his role as COO, Frank is responsible for managing BlueMetal's daily business operations and ensuring that requirements are met to support BlueMetal's growth plans.
He joined BlueMetal from Microsoft, where he spent nineteen years in roles ranging from leading large professional services practices to managing global relationships
with Microsoft's most strategic clients. Prior to joining Microsoft, Frank spent years managing professional services practices at companies including Oracle and Verity.
Frank has a BS degree in Finance and Economics from Boston College, and earned his MBA from Rutgers University.
