Frank Giunta is primarily responsible for the manufacture of TRC’s line of CrimeEye® security products, which includes all CrimeEye® Video Surveillance Security Systems.
Frank is also responsible for the design and layout of security system installations, including managing office and field personnel during the installation phases of Security
Control Rooms, CCTV, Access Control, and Burglar Alarms Systems.
In 1976, Frank worked as a service technician and installer for a New York based Security Company and was responsible for assembling, testing, and installing security systems.
In 1978, Frank moved into the telecommunications industry and worked as a telephone installer and service technician. In 1980, Frank worked as a service technician where he repaired & maintained ROLM’s Computerized Branch Exchange/CBX Systems. After several years, Frank was promoted to Service Manager and oversaw the NYC Downtown & Midtown Service Department.
Frank held several management positions while with ROLM/IBM. He was promoted and made the first NYC Customer Support Branch Manager of ROLM’s newly developed Very Large/VL CBX System product for large customers in the downtown Financial District and Midtown area. Later, Frank moved into the NYC Sales Division as a Sales Engineering Manager. He was responsible for the sales engineering group that assisted sales reps during new system sales design and technical support during the presales cycle. He later assisted in developing the competitive bidding process, and conducted subcontractor reviews and award processes with the Finance & Administration Department. Frank worked for ROLM/IBM for 10 years before co-founding Total Recall Corporation in 1991.
Frank is a New York State License Holder for Installing, Servicing & Maintaining Security/Fire Alarm Systems. He holds other Security Industry Certificates with respect to CCTV, Access Control, and Burglar Alarm Systems.
