Frank Diassi, currently Managing General Partner for The Unicorn Group, has originated investments in over 39 entrepreneurial companies. Diassi has over 40 years of experience in business leadership and top executive roles. Diassi is a former Director of Mail-Well Corporation and Chief Executive Officer of Sterling Chemical. He had major corporate
experience with Conoco Oil Company for 10 years where he held a senior business unit management position in the petrochemicals area. Diassi received a B.S. degree in chemistry from Rutgers University and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. For a five-year period beginning in 1978, he was an adjunct member of the faculty of Fordham University Graduate School of Business. Diassi currently serves as a Director of Fiberglass Holdings and is Chairman of the Board of Unicorn HRO.
