With a background in leadership and technology from her years at AT&T, and operations expertise leading her family’s manufacturing business through the integration of eCommerce platforms, Fiddy Hakim brings years of knowledge, experience and leadership to En Pointe IT Solutions. Starting the business in 2016, Fiddy leads En Pointe with an
entrepreneurial spirit and talent she has demonstrated throughout her career. Fiddy holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
As a first generation American, Fiddy actively contributes in aiding underrepresented minorities. As a longtime spokeswoman within the South Indian Asian community, she volunteers with shelters, hosts fundraising events, and coaches female entrepreneurs in how to start and run their own businesses.
It’s the same spirit of commonality and stewardship that led Fiddy to take over the En Pointe brand and create En Pointe IT Solutions, where she’s helped build a team that represents and encourages diversity in the technology supply chain of Fortune 500 companies. Under her leadership and through her solid commitment to organizations like the NMSDC and WBENC, En Pointe ITS was quick to establish itself as a leader in the industry.
Today, Fiddy brings decades of experiences like these to her role as CEO, including her years with AT&T where she was awarded for her consistent talent and drive. And when she hasn’t been leading in the business sector, she’s been driven to contribute socially to people who are often underrepresented.
