Felippe is currently building a new class of safety and compliance for US trucking companies at LogRock.
Previously, he was the Head of Product Design at Zenklub, responsible for the overall experience of consumer-facing and B2B products, and managed a team of 4 Senior Product Designers, 2 Growth Designers, 1 Design System Specialist, and 1 UX
Writer.
Before that he played the role of Sr. UX Designer at Twill (Maersk) in The Netherlands and was the UX Manager at Senior Sistemas, hired and mentored a team of 9 UX Designers and 1 UI Engineer, led user experience and design of a suite of products, co-created the Senior X Platform, the Senior Design Experience Program, and the Senior Design System.
He also recorded podcasts and live events talking about design, career, and leadership.
