Felicity leads the technology function and PMO with long-term strategic planning, implementation, tracking and reporting of technology and projects to shape the future of Swisse. Felicity’s career has spanned telecommunications, government, banking, oil and
gas, superannuation, construction and international FMCG businesses. Her experience is dominated by game-changing technology integration projects that have been recognized with industry and vendor awards. Twice nominated for Telstra Businesswoman of the Year, she is passionate about creating opportunities for STEM women to be more influential in their business lives. Felicity is a previous director of Rowing Victoria and remains active in the rowing community.
