Dr. Paruk has recently assumed the role of Chief Health Officer & Senior Vice President of Industry Advisory for HLS at Salesforce. Leveraging her background as a practicing physician, Chief Medical Officer (CMO), and clinical technology strategy consultant, she contributes her expertise to Salesforce’s HLS. Before joining Salesforce, Dr. Paruk
was associated with McKinsey Co., where she led McKinsey’s Clinical Center of Excellence. She has also served as Chief Medical Information Officer for Microsoft US Health & Life Sciences and as CMO of Analytics and Consumer Wellness at Allscripts. In these roles, she provided medical leadership to a team of data scientists, demonstrating the power of big data in improving health outcomes. Dr. Paruk's efforts included early identification of chronic diseases, quantifying the impacts of social determinants of health, and delivering insights to the point-of-care for clinicians and consumers.
