I am a serial entrepreneur, coach, mentor, speaker and investor.
My passion lies in building and scaling companies as well as mentoring & coaching various startups, scale-ups, founders and executives across different stages.
Additionally, I invest into exciting early stage companies, PE & VC Funds and Real Estate projects.
In 2020, I
was selected onto the prestigious Forbes 30 under 30 of Europe list among other impact makers such as Daniel Ek (Spotify), Daniel Moskovitz (Asana), Evan Spiegel (Snapchat), Alexis Ohanian (Reddit), Kylian Mbappe (Football) amongst a few.

In 2016 I founded the Artificial Intelligence company e-bot7 - AI for customer service, which served more than 200+ renowned customers, won more than 30+ awards (e.g. Top 10 AI company in Europe - Forbes) together with 150+ FTEs across 5 offices in Europe.
In 2021 LivePerson Inc (Nasdaq) acquired e-bot7 for more than 60m USD in a strategic acquisition. After several months of leading the M&A process, I continued to serve as CEO of e-bot7 while also being the Managing Director of LivePerson Inc for DACH and France where I focused on rolling out and integrating generative AI products into corporates in EMEA. At the same time I oversaw and led the post-merger-integration between e-bot7 and LivePerson.
In 2020, after realising that Europe lacks behind other countries such as the US and China in regards to AI, I co-founded and served as a Founding Board Member of the AI Association "KI-Bundesverband e.V." to ensure that AI in Europe is accelerated also on a political level. With more than 400+ companies and Founders in the network we are the largest AI network in Europe.
In general I am passionate about technology, growth, sustainability creating value and constant learning and improving. Whether it is in business, health or personal life. I hope I can inspire others to be the best version of themselves.
