Ezra Eckhardt is the VP/COO and a principle at Wave Form Systems, a premier provider of regional mobile medical services. Additionally, Ezra is an accredited investor serving on several private company boards of directors and small business advisory councils.
Prior to his current role, Ezra was a senior executive in the financial services
space serving as president and chief operating officer of Sterling Bank, chief operating officer of Sterling Financial Corporation, and executive vice president of operations and Umpqua bank. His prior experience includes general management, operations, leadership and continuous improvement work at Microsoft, Honeywell and the U.S. Army.
