Evgeny serves as the legal advisor at Fenox Venture Capital. In addition to managing the firm’s legal and business affairs, he serves as the liaison between the US and Belarus-based investment and operations teams.
Evgeny brings extensive corporate business, investment and legal experience to Fenox Venture Capital. For over a decade, Evgeny has
been general counsel for the Fenox Global Group during which he oversaw all legal affairs. Having participated in multiple cross-border transactions, Evgeny has deep knowledge and insights into corporate exit processes.
Evgeny holds a law degree from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
