American painter Eva Visnjic was born on 11 November, 1974 in Bakersfield, California. Growing up in Bakersfield, together with her two younger sisters, Eva had the opportunity to explore nature.
Fascinated by its beauty she would come home and try to recreate what she has seen. Her talent for painting and art in general was discovered by her art
teacher who immediately advised her to pursue her passion. After finishing high school, Eva Visnjic decided to enroll at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. She graduated with a bachelor in Art History and just a few months later got her first job as an art teacher in a local middle school.
In her early stage Eva Visnjic experimented with several styles and implemented various techniques. With time her paintings became more polished and sophisticated. Her creative output during the next stage of her career continued to flow and reached new heights. Her latest works have received great critical acclaim and have been exhibited both locally and internationally.
Although Eva has the same surname as the Hollywood actor Goran Visnjic, she is not affiliated with him, other than being one of the many fans of Goran Visnjic
