Eva holds a Master’s in Industrial Environmental Management from Yale University and a Bachelor’s in Molecular Biology from Amherst College. In her years of consulting work and concept development, Eva has advised hundreds of organizations, ranging from progressive cities such as Amsterdam to global NGOs like WWF, as well as industry leaders in
nearly every economic sector. She is an expert in technical environmental management techniques such as Life Cycle Assessment and Material Flow Analysis, and has developed a number of frameworks for systems thinking and sustainable design. She is the acting CEO of Systemic, Metabolic's new software arm that builds decision support tools to make it easier for organizations to make the most sustainable decisions across their operations, and serves on a number of boards, including Amsterdam’s International Economic Development Board, Metabolic Institute, Metabolic Foundation, and Spectral. Eva also regularly provides keynotes at international conferences that explore sustainability and the circular economy. She has been featured in a range of media outlets, including the New York Times, The Guardian, PBS, and The Economist.
