Etienne is the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of April, an international insurance services group with operations in 31 countries in Europe, North and South America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, and the leading wholesale broker in France. Experienced in managing big and small entities depending on a fast evolving e-commerce and digital
transformations, Etienne is a member of the Executive Committee and manage the shared e-commerce team (APRIL Digital), a sales call center (APRIL Contact) as well as the digital transformation program of the group.
Before joining April in 2015, Etienne spent 14 years in e-commerce contributing to the transformation of Redcats (Kering) Group. First at a corporate level, then as VP e-commerce of La Redoute before becoming the general manager of a zone covering Switzerland, Germany Austria and Italy. Back in France in 2103 he became CEO of Castaluna a European startup of La Redoute for 2 years.
Before developing his experience in e-commerce and in insurance, he spent 5 years at E&Y consulting and The Boston Consulting Group. Graduated in Computer Science applied to the medical field and the MBA of ESSEC, Paris.
