In addition, he created an ITgovernance framework and project portfolio management system to enhance fiscal management, transparency and accountability. Mr. Chrappah earned his MBA in Strategy & Marketing from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business and received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the American University.
