Erin Roeder is a Principal of the KAP Group. Prior to joining KAP, Erin served as Vice President at Metropolitan Real Estate Equity Management, which has since been acquired by The Carlyle Group. At Metropolitan, Erin was responsible for articulating the firm’s market view, investment thesis, and competitive advantage and enhancing the firm’s
status as a thought leader within the investment community. Before joining Metropolitan, Erin served as Senior Vice President for Neighborhood Development at Trinity Real Estate, a division of the Parish of Trinity Church in New York City. In this capacity, she developed, managed, and began implementing a strategic plan to transform Trinity’s six-million-square-foot commercial portfolio in Manhattan’s Hudson Square neighborhood into a dynamic, mixed-use community. Erin began her career as an Associate Consultant at Bain and Company. Erin received a J.D. from Yale Law School and graduated summa cum laude from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
