Erik is a co-founder and the Chief Information Officer of iContracts. Previously, Erik was VP of Mid-Market Solutions at I-many, Inc. (now Revitas) where he was responsible for the development of contract management software products. Erik co-founded Vintage Software in 1998 where he spearheaded technology and architecture development of the DPS
(Discount Pricing System) contract management, chargeback, and rebate system. Prior to Vintage, Erik was responsible for the technical development of CMS, a contract management and chargeback system that was acquired by PWC.
