Mr. DeWiel is the Vice President, Land and Corporate Secretary of Hawk. He is a Professional Landman with 23 years of oil and gas industry experience in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. From January 2003 to May 2006, Mr. DeWiel was the Vice President, Land and Corporate Secretary of Hawk Energy. From November 1996 to February 2003,
Mr. DeWiel was the Vice President, Land and Business Development and a director of Hawk Oil.
Mr. DeWiel graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies (with Distinction) from the University of Calgary in 1989 and a Diploma in Petroleum, Mineral and Resource Land Management from Mount Royal College in Calgary in 1986. Mr. DeWiel is a member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen (“CAPL”).
