Erich Sieber is the Founding General Partner of PeakBridge, a global expert venture and growth fund manager focused on FoodTech. PeakBridge manages three FoodTech funds with AuM of over €200M and has invested in some 25 portfolio companies in Europe, Israel and the US, across the five verticals of ingredients, alternative protein technologies,
digitalization, nutrition, and alternative farming. Prior to creating PeakBridge in 2018, Erich was Partner at Nestlé’s €750M strategic “fund-of-one” since its creation in 2001, investing in AgriTech, FoodTech and health & nutrition startups. In his earlier career, Erich was also an executive at Nestlé, the World Economic Forum and the German Finance Ministry.
