Eric was appointed President of BigHand’s North American business in 2013.
Prior to joining BigHand, Eric worked for global technology company, Ricoh, as Vice President of their legal vertical. During his time at Ricoh, he was instrumental in evolving their service delivery model and was focused to helping law firm and corporate legal clients
maximize efficiency in service delivery.
In his current role, Eric is responsible for the North American business and led the acquisition of Esquire Innovations, a leading provider of Microsoft Office integrated practice management software, extending the product offering to BigHand’s clients globally.
Eric has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
