Eric brings with him over 30 years of Business Process Management experience. His last appointment was with WNS Global Services where he held several senior management positions. As Global Operations Director, he was responsible for building the Global Delivery and Support structure to enable significant growth; as CEO of the Enterprise Business,
he created the F&A practice and the Shipping Logistics & Infrastructure division as Managing Director of Europe and South Africa region he was responsible for strategic deals and operations.
Prior to WNS Eric was with Hays plc as the Managing Director of the Document Management business where he set up and ran several businesses across multiple geographies.
He sits on the IT and Services Advisory council of Sri Lanka.
