Eric is a seasoned executive in the consumer financial services space. He specializes in the development and execution of strategies to proactively manage risk. Most recently,
Eric served as SVP, Chief Compliance and Fair Lending Officer for PHH Mortgage. His team was responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the compliance, exam management and Fair Lending supporting the origination and servicing programs at PHH. Prior to joining PHH, he served as Associate General Counsel for Altisource Portfolio Solutions, responsible for compliance, litigation and other services related to real estate, mortgage portfolio management and asset recovery. Before working at Altisource, he was a compliance executive with Ally Financial, managing compliance risk activities for the GMAC Auto Finance, ResCap mortgage and GMAC insurance divisions, including its fair lending activity. He also spent time as the Chief Legal Executive at LendingTree, responsible for the company's legal and compliance activities. Earlier in his career, Eric managed the legal affairs of Bank of America's consumer and small business lending and servicing divisions, including mortgage, student loans and credit cards.
