Eric leads talent strategy and organizational development for Cuberg, a rapidly growing team revolutionizing energy to accelerate the transition from fossil fuels to sustainable mobile battery technology.
Prior to joining Cuberg, Eric led human capital for several high growth companies in the health care technology space, scaling for 2-and
3-times growth with a focus on developing people to their greatest potential. Additionally, Eric served as Director, Human Resources for Edelman Silicon Valley and as Manager, Human Resources for Paul Hastings LLP.
Eric specializes in attracting and retaining top talent, building scalable and sustainable organizational infrastructure, and aligning business strategy with its most important asset, its people.
Eric earned his MS degree in Human Resources Management at Golden Gate University, his BA degree from San Jose State University, and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
