Eric Norfleet is a Managing Director at Wafra Partners and also serves as a Senior Vice President of Wafra Investment Advisory Group, an affiliate of Wafra Partners. Mr. Norfleet has over twenty-nine years of experience with middle-market companies as a private equity professional and investment banker. Prior to joining Wafra Partners, Mr. Norfleet
was a Managing Director at Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance in New York, where he founded and led the financial sponsors group. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Vice President in the M&A group at the Bank of Tokyo and an associate in the M&A group at Samuel Montagu, both in New York. Mr. Norfleet began his career in the management training program at Midland Bank PLC, the parent company of Samuel Montagu, in New York. He has a BS in Finance from McIntire School of Commerce, at the University of Virginia.
