Eric MacLeod serves as the Director of Cloud Services for CloudOne. Eric brings 15 years of Project Management experience to his role where he has overall responsibility for Cloud Delivery and Customer Support. Before joining CloudOne, Eric spent 11 years at IBM, most recently leading large scale IT, Virtual Collaboration and Technical Enablement
projects.
Eric also worked at PNC where he drove Strategic Operations projects focused on process redesign and organizational change management. Eric attended Eastern Illinois University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communications (1999). He currently resides in suburban Chicago with his wife and three children.
