Prior to joining ePrize, Eric was VP of Customer Experience Solutions at Oracle, where his team helped B2B and B2C customers increase customer loyalty, drive sales, create successful multi-channel marketing initiatives, and optimize the customer experience across channels.
Eric has also held positions in the technology and communications
industries at AT&T, NCR, and Digital Equipment. His wide range of expertise spans cloud computing, CRM, e-Commerce, social media, and ERP.
