Before joining Bencis in 2010, Eric-Joost spent 10 years working for Candover, a UK private equity fund. He also worked in management consulting at Arthur D. Little for a number of years. Eric-Joost studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Delft and is a graduate of INSEAD’s MBA programme. He enjoys helping entrepreneurial management
