Responsible for the day to day management of Natural Synergies, a buying group for Independent Natural Food Stores throughout the United States. Grew the membership from 5 stores to 300 stores in under 2 years. Was responsible for the recruitment of staff, oversaw development of membership programs, negotiated discount agreements with the two largest wholesalers/distributors of natural products in the US, created and implemented a member’s only sales circular that was paid for by participating manufacturers.
