Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Lancaster University, United Kingdom. He was the champion in 2012 & 2014 Sunway Goup Innovation Challenge and one of the top 11 finalist teams in 2015 Angelhack Kuala Lumpur. Over his short 3 years’ service in corporate, he successfully developed key Human Resources applications in
the areas of Recruitment, Employee Services, Performance Management and Employee Development; improving process effectiveness with turnaround time shortened by more than 50%. In addition, Eric’s web and system development experiences spans across beauty and wellness, construction, data processing and telecommunication industries. Today, as Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of WorkExcite PLT, Eric is responsible for product development and technology strategies.
