Mr. Boden directed 260 stores with $200 million in sales and served 17 years with Target Stores. He served as Territory Vice President and Director of B. Dalton Booksellers for four years. In 1981, Mr. Boden came to California as a key executive, responsible for Target’s market introduction to the West Coast, overseeing the recruitment of over 6,000 employees. He has been the Chairman of Think Together since February 2013 and has been its Director since 2011. He served as the Chairman of HireRight, Inc. since July 2003 and its Director since August 2000. He was a Member of the Dean's Advisory Board and executive committee for the UC Irvine, Paul Merage School of Business. Mr. Boden holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado.
