Eric Abbruzzese is a Research Director contributing to the Video, OTT, and AR/VR at ABI Research, with a primary focus on Augmented and Virtual Reality topics including devices, content, platforms, and use cases across consumer and enterprise applications. Other coverage includes video content and platforms, gaming, and new technologies.
Before joining ABI Research, Eric was a researcher for 3 years in Psychology and Computer Science labs at Arizona State University, including Cognitive and Social Psychology, as well as Human-Computer Interaction in the school of Computer Informatics and Decision Systems Engineering. Eric was also a member of the STARS Computing Corps, focused on solving real-world problems using robotics and the Internet of Things.
Eric received a BS in Psychology from Arizona State University, where he was a student in Barrett Honors College.
