Eran Liss provides the entire range of intellectual property services, including litigation, prosecution and commercialization of IP rights in Israel and abroad, as well as counseling on information technology issues. Eran brings a rare combination of both in-house experience and law firm practice. Having spent several years as in-house counsel in
an international internet company, Eran also possesses unique expertise in information technology, internet and privacy matters. Eran has been consistently ranked by leading research companies as one of the leading IP lawyers in Israel, for meeting "the highest standards of competence, professionalism, and responsiveness" (Legal 500). Eran is a frequent lecturer on IP and cyber law matters, and a co-author of the comprehensive text book "Intellectual Property Law and Practice in Israel" by Oxford University Press. Eran has also contributed the Israeli chapter of INTA’s “Practitioner's Guide to the Madrid Agreement and Madrid Protocol”. Additionally, Eran is a member of the Examiners' Board for certifying new patent attorneys. In addition, Eran is a Chess Grandmaster, a former World Chess Champion for youth and Israel Chess Champion for adults.
